Returns and Claims Policy
If you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please take photos or record a video of the package before opening it. Should you discover any damage or defect to the artwork itself after unpacking, please document it immediately (photos or video). Send all documentation along with a description of the situation to studio@onepoint.cz no later than 14 business days from the discovery of the damage. You may claim a defect in the artwork till 3 months of receipt. Shipping costs related to the claim are always covered by the sender.
